CMMI model includes the development of the model, the procurement model and service model. CMMI enterprises should be implemented according to their needs, choose a CMMI model. Currently, most domestic enterprises have chosen to develop the model. Development model has five different levels, including the 22 process areas (PA). Each process area contains a set of shared goals and objectives exclusive.
